My first thought was a Sharpshinned hawk but the tail is too short. The Coopers' is long too so it's probably a Broad-winged or Red-shouldered hawk. I tried to get a photo of our resident sharpshinned hawk using a 17x lens and still couldn't get a decent picture. Great photo!

I can’t say for 100% sure but it looks like a Coopers Hawk.
