Jackson & Perkins "Hollywood" Rose Summer 2005 I have a few rose bushes and this one was new last year. It's a good thing a got a picture of it because it died. hahaha

i tend to resist digital and all things related...only because i know that someday it will take over completely. however, this shot is really nice. it's interesting that the subject matter is something that generally represents love/happiness but this photo feels haunting. i like it.
