what kind of bird this is. Does anyone know??

Went to the Carolina Raptor Center today.
This is Adler, a Juvenile Bald Eagle.
He's only a couple of years old... came to the
Center suffering from a gunshot wound to his left wing.
He's unable to fly because of the injury.
