Hi Jill, thanks for stopping by my place. Hollywood is quite a handsome little guy. The photo is great. Love the composition and Hollywood's pose :)
Hollywood is sooooooo cute! And Oliver is wonderful! Thanks for visiting my blog so now I know where you are. I have briefly visited your website and bookmarked to return (I hafta go to work now...drat!). Anxious to especially check out the bird sites. Your NC pics are beautiful. I used to live in Charlotte...NC is beautiful and even tho it gets cold, I'd return there to live if I could!
Too too tweet!
I have just started getting back into visiting as I am feeling better finally!
Your birds are always a gift to view!
hugs NG
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I have looked over portions of your blog and website and am extremely impressed. I found a Barred Owl on the website and that is superb. (I don't know if that was the picture you were referring to or not-if you have more, tell me where to find them and I'll be happy to look at them)
As for the 40D, I upgraded from the 10D and it is a quantum improvement over it. I never used a 20D, but have been told it also was a great improvement over the 10D. Some reviews claim the 40 is a big improvement over the 20, while others say that it is hard to tell the difference by looking at the pictures as the 20D is already a top notch DSLR. I think you will be pleased with it if you get one, but I wouldn't expect it to be an earthshaking improvement over what you already have.
I have been to see the elk in North Carolina once when my daughter was attending The University of Tenn. in Knoxville. We saw a small herd that day. I like your shots of them, especially the one of the bull drinking in the stream.
Keep up the good work and I wish you success in you commercial venture. I'll be back to visit often!
Very cute.
